Spring is settling in nicely across the Western Cape this weekend, though it comes with a bit of a stir. Saturday starts cool and partly cloudy in Cape Town, sitting between 11 and 20 degrees, while Paarl warms up pleasantly to around 20 degrees. Sunday brings clear skies to the Mother City and a slightly milder morning, reaching 20 degrees. Stellenbosch stays comfortable both days, hovering around 18 to 20 degrees under partly cloudy skies.

Keep an eye on the wind, as damaging winds warnings are in place for Grabouw, Worcester, Prince Albert and Paarl, so secure anything loose in the garden and take care on exposed roads. Over in George it stays cloudy on Saturday before rain showers move in on Sunday, so pack a jacket if you are heading that way.
