In a recent statement to the public, Elton Jantjies admitted that he had an affair with the Springboks dietician Zeenat Simjee. As of late, both parties have vehemently denied the accusations since the scandal broke out.
However, it seems that Elton Jantjies grew tired of the dietician being able to go on with her life. While he had to endure the consequences at home.
Thus far, the Independent Online reports that Zeenat Simjee is currently in talks with Springboks management about the matter at hand. The decision is currently being reviewed as well as the entire predicament at hand.
Previously, the news of Zeenat and Elton Jantjies’ affair went viral on the internet. After a report claimed that the pair were sent home by the Springboks. As it was discovered that the pair were having an affair.
Elton Jantjies speaks out
The report previously shared that Elton Jantjies and Zeenat Simjee had booked separate accommodations from the Springboks team. Their stay in the guest house previously featured unpaid bills and a lover’s quarrel.
At the time, Zeenat Simjee had denied that she had an affair with the Springboks flyhalf. But the statement by Jantjies would later prove otherwise.
Elton Jantjies wrote, “The statement put out into the media was not written by me; I understand that at the time, a statement needed to be issued on the articles being published about me.”
Right now, the wife to Elton Jantjies shared that there is no hope of rekindling a romance with her husband again. The mother of three had since moved to Cyprus with her children to avoid all the media attention.
