Quick and Easy Banana Bread Muffins
These Muffins are so easy to make and are pretty much fuss-free. The recipe has just a few simple steps and it should take no longer than 20 minutes to get the mixture into the muffin tins. The Muffins bake for about 1 hour in the oven and are ready to serve straight away.
Make a few batches of these delectable Muffins to enjoy on the weekend or as an afternoon treat. You can also store a few in the freezer to keep for when the banana bread craving arises- trust us, it will!
- 125 g Butter
- 1½ cups Sugar
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 cup crushed bananas (about 4 bananas)
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Milk
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs (one at a time), and mix well.
- Add vanilla and crushed bananas.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt. Then add the milk.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
