Singer Cher responds to absurd tweet
Presently, a Twitter user shared an image of Dua Lipa and Cher alongside one another. In which the two singers looked exceptionally similar in their outfits at the Grammys in different years.
However, the singer was not having any of the comments made about her and the singer ultimately responded with a cheeky tweet. In her response to the Tweet, Cher shared, “How many years are in a generation?”
Of course, stans of Cher did not agree with the Tweet at all. And gave the Twitter user a piece of their mind. As they felt the senseless comparison could not be entertained with the legend’s success.

One Twitter user wrote, “I hope that response from Cher makes y’all stop putting every current artist in the same category as actual legends.
According to the Daily Mail, Cher wore a similar hugging dress that Dua Lipa wore at the 2021 Grammys. In 1975, Cher wore a butterfly outfit with a butterfly headpiece to the Grammys in that year. It appears that fans cannot get over the striking similarities.

Recently though, Cher celebrated her 76th birthday and also revealed that she collaborated with Versace for her very own line which was called Chersace.
To date, Dua Lipa has not responded to the recent comments about her career success. At the moment, fans are more upset with the fact the singer was compared to Cher through her career achievements. However, the original tweet simply compares the striking similarities in features.
