Zuma has been suspended by Chiefs two times for discipline issues. His first suspension was in November 2021 following his arrest for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
The midfielder was suspended again this month after reporting to training with a hangover.

Zuma’s agent comments
His agent Basia Michaels refused to admit that his client was considering to leave Amakhosi.
“This is a difficult question to answer because you know how Chiefs are about the media coming out with their camp news before they do,” Michaels told SABC Sport.
“We are still going through the disciplinary process and I ask that you give us time to ventilate it, from my personal experience the outcome won’t be favorable but weirder things have happened in football.”
“As soon as there is an outcome you know Chiefs will let the public know, sometimes even before we know…as the people involved. We have been waiting much longer than usual when it comes to these kinds of happenings to be brutally honest,” added Michaels.

Chiefs issued a statement describing their feeling “disappointed” on Zuma
The Club is disappointed to report that Dumisani Zuma has been suspended once again pending an internal disciplinary process.
Zuma has just returned from a 10-month absence which included him being suspended and undergoing rehabilitation processes. In the turn of events following his return and subsequently scoring in the 1-2 loss to Cape Town City on weekend, Zuma has been found to have transgressed the Club’s code of conduct.
As such, the midfielder will not be included in the squad for Tuesday’s match against Marumo Gallants and will be barred from participating in Club activities until the disciplinary process is concluded.
Kaizer Chiefs welcome Marumo Gallants at FNB Stadium on Tuesday night, 19:30 kickoff.
