Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Place the chicken pieces in an oven proof casserole dish. Salt to taste and set aside.
In a sauce pan, heat the oil and butter.
Saute the onions, garlic and peppers until soft.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Simmer for five minutes
Remove from the heat and pour over the chicken pieces
Bake, uncovered, for one hour.
