Grilled Sweetcorn Salad

A delicious and fresh, chicken, bacon and sweetcorn salad. So easy to make that you will wonder why you don’t have it more often!

- 2 Large Corns Grilled
- 2 cups Red and White Coleslaw Shredded
- 1 Onion Finely sliced
- 1 Tomato Quartered
- 1 Chicken Breast Cubed or Shredded
- 1/2 cup Bacon Grilled, drained and diced
- 1/2 cup Creamy Salad Dressing
- 1/2 tsp Barbeque Spice
- Salt and Pepper To taste
In a large salad bowl, add the coleslaw. Drizzle the salad dressing over the coleslaw.
Layer the shredded or cubed chicken, bacon bits and onions. Arrange the sliced tomatoes around the dish.
Remove the corn kernels from the corn by cutting it off. In a bowl, mix the corn kernels with salt, pepper and BBQ spice.
Sprinkle the corn mixture over the salad.
