Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups maize meal or 'braaipap'
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can creamed sweetcorn
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs and milk well.
  • Add the maize meal, creamed sweetcorn,  butter, olive oil, and salt, cover.
  • Place dish in microwave oven for 20 minutes on full power depending on the type of microwave you have, after every few minutes, remove from the microwave, stir the mixture, place the lid back on and continue with the cooking.
  • Remove from the microwave when done, stir well, cover and let it stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
