Salted Chocolate Brownies - Paleo Style

Gluten-free, dairy-free brownies with honey, sea salt and olive oil

- 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter
- 1/2 cup Honey (or 1/2 tsp Stevia Powder)
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Sea Salt For sprinkling
Heat the oven to 180°C.
Sift together the cocoa, almond flour and salt.
Beat together butter, oil, eggs, vanilla and honey.
Fold the dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients.
Pour into a wide baking dish (roughly 20cm x 20cm). And bake for 20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean from the centre of the brownie mix.
Sprinkle with salt and then allow to cool before cutting and serving.
