Ingredients
  

  • 12 heads Elderflowers Open
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cake Flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • Sunflower Oil For cooking
  • Icing Sugar For sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Mix eggs, sugar and cinnamon.
  • Mix the flour, milk and water until it is a running batter. Then mix it with your egg mix.
  • Hold each flower individually at the stem and dip the entire flower in the batter.
  • Then fry each flower for 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Cut the stem off and place the flower in plate and sprinkle with icing sugar.
  • Extra delicious when served with cream.
