Banana Bread

There is just something about Banana Bread with butter that puts a huge smile on my face. This recipe is an easy and quick delight to bake!

- 125 g Butter
- 1½ cups Sugar
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 cup crushed bananas (about 4 bananas)
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Milk
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs (one at a time), and mix well.
Add vanilla and crushed bananas.
Add flour, baking powder, salt. Then add the milk.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
