Try something new with this crispy Mexican Salad made the Mexican way with avocado dressing, tortillas chips and other authentic spices and ingredients.

For the Salad

  • 1 large head crisp lettuce
  • ½ cup matured cheddar cheese grated
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • ½ cup black olives sliced
  • 4 large tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup tortilla chips crushed
  • 1 cup canned corn

Avocado Dressing

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice mashed
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp garlic crushed
  • ½ tsp chilli powder


  • Break lettuces into bite pieces.
  • Combine lettuce, cheese, onions, olives and tomatoes in a salad bowl.
  • Add avocado lemon juice, sour cream, oil, sugar and garlic and chilli powder in blender.
  • Toss salad with dressing and add crushed tortilla chips.
