Doja Cat opens up about shaving her hair
Recently though, Doja Cat decided to shave all her hair and later decided to remove her eyebrows as well! In an Instagram Live, the rapper shared a detailed account of why she embraced her new look.
Thus far, Doja Cat revealed that she never liked hair and that she cannot think of a time since she was born that she liked having hair.
“I never liked hair. I cannot tell you one time since the beginning of my life that I’ve ever been like ‘this is cool’.”
The rapper further elaborated on why she doesn’t like hair, explaining that during workouts, her wigs would become tacky and retack on her head while doing strenuous workouts.
“I just do not like to have hair. I remember feeling so exhausted with like working out. Whenever I went to go train like I had a trainer at one point and I’d be wearing wigs and they would be like getting tacky. And they would re-tack because of the moisture.”
Rapper addresses fans asking if she’s okay
So far, the rapper detailed what it was like for her during these training sessions and shared that she was more focussed on the way she looked than on the workout.
“I’d be working out but I couldn’t focus because I was more concerned with how I was looking or how my hair was looking.”
After sharing her story about hair, Doja Cat decided to shave off her eyebrows during one of her Instagram Lives and shared with her followers that she is doing just fine.

At one point, Doja Cat shares with her fans that there are country girls in her group chat asking if she is doing okay.
“All the country girls in my chat are like are you, okay sis?” The rapper jokily added, “Like sis, are you okay baby?”
