For the Pudding

For the Sauce

Ideal Milk

Instructions
For the Pudding
Mix the butter and sugar well together. Add the egg. Mix well.
Add jam, baking soda, lemon juice and salt.
Add the flour and milk.
In a greased muffin pan, fill each mould 3/4 full with the mixture.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
For the Sauce
In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a boil.
Pour over the warm malva pudding as soon as you remove it from the oven.
