A simple beef and tomato bredie with potatoes and white wine

- 25 ml Butter
- 2 Onions Sliced
- 1 clove Garlic Crushed
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1.5 kg Beef or Lamb Chunks
- 175 ml White wine
- 500 g Potato Chunks
- 5 ml White sugar
- 5 large carrots sliced
Put the butter into a casserole dish and heat up, add the lamb or beef, onions, garlic and white wine.
Cook for 5 minutes at medium heat then add the rest of the ingredients.
Let it simmer for 90 minutes and remove from the heat.
Serve as is or with your choice of side.
