Beetroot, Apple and Garlic Coleslaw

Fresh salad made with raw beetroot, apple and garlic in apple cider vinegar.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Raw Beetroot Grated
  • 2 Apples Grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Sea Salt To taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
  • Let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
  • Serve as is. Should you wish to add a fresh herb, mint is recommended.
