Beetroot, Apple and Garlic Coleslaw

Fresh salad made with raw beetroot, apple and garlic in apple cider vinegar.

- 400 g Raw Beetroot Grated
- 2 Apples Grated
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Sea Salt To taste
Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
Let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
Serve as is. Should you wish to add a fresh herb, mint is recommended.
