Director George Miller returns to the world of the Road Warrior with Mad Max: Fury Road, the fourth film in the franchise. Tom Hardy plays Max Rockatansky, a loner haunted by his past who gets swept up with a group fleeing across the Wasteland. Their War Rig is driven by the Imperator Furiosa, played by Oscar winner Charlize Theron.
This main trailer from Warner Bros. Pictures sets up the escape from a Citadel ruled by Immortan Joe (Hugh Keays-Byrne), who marshals his gangs in a ruthless Road War once something irreplaceable is taken from him. Nicholas Hoult appears as Nux, while Zoë Kravitz, Riley Keough and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley are among The Wives. The film opened in May 2015.
