Former friends turned enemies drive the action in Short-Cut 3, a thriller about two street criminals, Spikiri and Buzzman, played by Kondja Lungameni and Stefanus Fillemon. While Correctional Services transports them to Swakopmund, the pair break free. Each then sets out alone to recover N$250,000 in stolen cash they had stashed in Windhoek, turning the escape into a race between rivals.
In the trailer, Buzzman hijacks a vehicle to get back to the capital, while his former partner leans on mutual friends for help. Hot on their trail is state agent Linda Shikongo, played by Paulina Shivute, who goes undercover to track the fugitives down and see them arrested. South African audiences can catch the film exclusively at Ster Kinekor cinemas from 13 November 2026.
