Directed by Michael Bay, the first Transformers movie pits the heroic Autobots against the evil Decepticons in a battle that spills onto Earth. Standing between the villains and ultimate power is a clue held by young Sam Witwicky, played by Shia LaBeouf. Steven Spielberg serves as executive producer, while Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, John Turturro, Jon Voight and Peter Cullen round out the cast.
This Paramount Pictures trailer sets up the chase at the heart of the 2007 film. Unaware that he is mankind’s last chance for survival, Sam teams up with Bumblebee, his robot disguised as a car. Together they race against an enemy unlike anything seen before, with Rachael Taylor and Anthony Anderson also part of the ensemble.
