Ingredients:

- 6 cups full cream milk
- 1 cup sago soaked in water for 20 minutes
- ¾ cup caster sugar
- 1 cinnamon
- 6 whole cardamom pods bruised to expose seeds
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 6 eggs lightly beaten
- ground cinnamon for sprinklink
