- Hülkenberg finishes P11 at Circuit of The Americas.
- Bortoleto climbs from P21 to P13.
- Anti-stall dropped Hülkenberg to P15 at start.
- Aerodynamic upgrades performed as planned at COTA.
- Mexico City Grand Prix follows next week.
Both drivers of the Audi Revolut F1 Team came home just outside the points at the United States Grand Prix, with Nico Hülkenberg in P11 and Gabriel Bortoleto in P13 after the 56-lap race at the Circuit of The Americas in Austin. The result continues the team’s first season in the Formula 1 World Championship.

Hülkenberg recovers after anti-stall at the start
Starting from the sixth row, the German lost ground off the line when his car went into anti-stall, dropping him to P15. He then fought through the tight midfield to finish P11 and close in on P10, narrowly missing a second consecutive points finish.
Hülkenberg said the anti-stall engaged “a few metres after getting off the line rather than straight away” and that the team would investigate the cause. His pace, he added, was similar to the cars around him, particularly the Racing Bulls, but recovering from behind proved difficult.
Bortoleto gains eight places from the back
The young Brazilian started P21 after pre-race grid penalties for changes made to his car. Working through heavy traffic and a complex tyre strategy, he moved up eight positions to take the chequered flag in P13.
Racing Director Allan McNish described P13 as “realistically the best result available” for Bortoleto, saying he drove a clean, calculated race. Bortoleto said the car felt good and the pace was there.
Audi C46 aerodynamic upgrades
New aerodynamic parts were fitted to both Audi C46 cars for the Austin weekend. According to the team, the upgrades performed as intended and supported the development direction being followed at the factory, while the weekend also delivered useful operational data for the technical staff.

Next round at the Mexico City Grand Prix
Austin was the first leg of the Americas triple-header. The team travels directly to the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez for the Mexico City Grand Prix next week, where it aims to turn its race pace into further World Championship points.
