Third-quarter results from Stellantis show a net loss of €0.5 billion, a 90% improvement on Q3 2025, when the figure was hit by significant items. Adjusted operating income rose by €0.2 billion to €0.3 billion, giving a margin of 0.7%, up 50 basis points.
Every region except Enlarged Europe posted a positive operating margin. Revenue grew 3% in both Enlarged Europe and South America, while North America fell 3% because of planned production downtime, Asia Pacific dropped 7% and Middle East and Africa declined 19%.
Stellantis sales performance by region
North American sales increased 1%, with Mexico up 24%. In the United States, the Ram 1500 climbed 73%, the Dodge Durango 14% and the Chrysler Pacifica 6%, lifting regional market share to 7.5%. EU30 sales grew 1%, or 6% including Leapmotor, helped by passenger car battery electric sales rising 65% and Smart Car volumes up 36%.
South American volumes slipped 4%, yet the group kept first place in Brazil and Argentina, where the all-new Ram Dakota pushed that brand up 33%. Middle East and Africa sales fell 22%, mainly due to weaker conditions in Türkiye and the phase-out of the Fiat Egea ahead of the all-new Fiat Grizzly. In Asia Pacific, Malaysian production of the Leapmotor C10 and B10 began during the quarter.
Cash flow and liquidity at Stellantis
Industrial free cash flow improved by €0.3 billion but remained negative at €4.0 billion. Available industrial liquidity closed at €42.7 billion, equal to 26% of trailing 12-month revenue and inside the targeted range of 25 to 30%. Full-year net tariff costs are estimated at €1.0 billion.
FaSTLAne 2030 plan and full-year outlook
Chief executive Antonio Filosa said the Value Creation Program “has ramped up rapidly” and that the company remains on track to implement at least 40% of the total €6 billion in run-rate efficiencies by the end of this year. Savings in Q4 2026 are expected to reach the mid-hundreds of millions of euros, about double the third-quarter amount.
For the full year, the group expects a mid-single-digit percentage increase in net revenues and a low-single-digit operating margin, with positive industrial free cash flow forecast for 2027. A FaSTLAne 2030 and Maserati Day follows in Modena, Italy, on 10 December.
