Taken from the new EP ‘Take Away My Problems’, ‘small talk’ brings together Charlie Jeer and Cat Burns. The song blends electronic, indie, pop and soul. Jeer’s EP is out now, and this duet with the London singer adds a second voice to the release, with the pair trading lines on a track built around closeness and impatience.
Douglas Reddan directed the official music video through the production company FRIEND, with Benjamin Hammond producing and Kit Dale as director of photography. Annie Walsh handled the edit. The band lineup features drummer Rue Blackwell, bassist Impho and guitarist Leith Hasan-Wiles. The clip has also been chosen for Vevo Staff Picks.
