Set during the dawn of humanity, Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey is a third-person open world survival game that drops players into the earliest chapter of our species. Rather than modern tools or weapons, the focus is on surviving a primal world, making it a distinctly different take on the open world formula.
This trailer marks the arrival of the PlayStation 5 version, which is out now. Fresh additions include documentary-style narration, a feature-rich photo mode and a range of quality-of-life improvements. Players who already own the game on PlayStation 4 will receive the upgrade free of charge.
