Built on the 2010 PlayStation Portable original, Fate/EXTRA Record is an upcoming RPG that revisits the Moon Holy Grail War. The remake revises the narrative to add new layers and depth while modernising the audio-visual presentation. Combat has been rebuilt too, with a new strategic system that combines turn-based battles with deck-building.
This latest trailer introduces the rivals who stand in the player’s way during the war, each one waiting for a fight. Whether all of them can be beaten is the challenge it sets. The game arrives on January 28, 2027 for Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Steam.
