Over 90 early career opportunities are being created by Bentley Motors as it builds the skills needed for an expanding product portfolio. The move follows the reveal of the Torcal, the company’s first fully electric model and its fourth model line.
The positions cover Research & Development, Manufacturing, IT and Sales & Marketing, reflecting the changing expertise required as products, technologies and operations evolve. The intake comes as the carmaker advances its Beyond100+ strategy and as the £350 million transformation of its headquarters in Crewe, England, nears completion.

Bentley early careers programme for 2027
Of the 93 places on offer in 2027, 29 are Apprenticeships, 15 are Graduate roles and 49 are Industrial Placements. Structured early careers programmes at the company span more than 40 years.
Apprenticeship schemes combine paid work with qualifications up to degree level. Graduates follow a two-year programme built around hands-on experience, while Industrial Placements give university students 12 months of practical experience alongside industry professionals in an area relevant to their studies.
People behind the Torcal era at Bentley
“The next era of Bentley will be defined as much by our people as by our products and technologies,” said Dr. Karen Lange, Member of the Board for People and Culture at Bentley Motors. She added that as Torcal expands the portfolio, the company needs to keep developing the skills and expertise to support that growth.
Rebecca Scott-Davies, a current Graduate who started her career at the firm through an Industrial Placement, said: “One of the things I’ve enjoyed most about Bentley is that you’re encouraged to contribute from day one.”

New Bentley careers website and application dates
A new careers website has also gone live, using colleague stories and career journeys to show prospective applicants the people, culture and opportunities within the business.
In the United Kingdom, Graduate and Industrial Placement applications open on 12 October 2026, with Industrial Placement applications closing on 23 October 2026. Apprenticeship opportunities follow in February 2027.
