Professional chauffeurs and executive transport providers in the United Kingdom now have a dedicated support and finance package from BMW for the new 7 Series and the fully electric i7. Called the BMW Chauffeur Programme, it was developed after extensive engagement with people who work in the chauffeur industry and aims to reduce downtime and support business continuity.
BMW Chauffeur Programme support pillars
Six integrated support pillars form the core of the offer. Service Inclusive gives eligible vehicles a five-year service package covering unlimited mileage, while a one-year subscription to BMW Security PRO adds vehicle tracking, real-time monitoring, driver tag functionality and direct access to a secure operating centre.
Mobility Support provides a licensed 7 Series or i7 replacement, or support towards self-arranged hire, during warranty repairs. The i7 also carries the high-voltage battery warranty of up to eight years or 100,000 miles.
Finance options for chauffeur operators
Working with BMW Financial Services UK and ALPHABET, the carmaker has introduced funding solutions for programme members. Depending on customer type and business structure, these include Regulated Hire Purchase, Unregulated Hire Purchase, Business Contract Purchase and Business Contract Hire, giving flexibility to individual operators and incorporated businesses alike. BMW will also supply approved chauffeur-focused imagery for retailer and operator marketing.

Eligibility and availability in the UK
Licensed private hire operators, chauffeur companies, executive transport providers, luxury hotel house-car fleets, corporate and VIP transport operators and self-employed chauffeurs can join. Taxi operators are excluded. The scheme is run through the Specialist Sales Channel of BMW UK, which also assists fleet customers and businesses with bespoke requirements.
It is available through BMW Retailers across the UK. Customers placing an eligible i7 order before the end of 2026 receive a complimentary Pod home charger, provided installation is completed by March 2027.
