A new CUSTOM CUPRA by ABT pack for the Raval electric car took centre stage as CUPRA made its debut at the Paris Motor Show. The brand also unveiled the CUPRA KIRO race car for the GEN4 era of Formula E, named Jake Hughes as a new driver alongside Pepe Martí, and showed the CUPRA Tindaya showcar and the latest work with Sennheiser.

Raval orders and CUPRA sales growth
Since its introduction in April, the Raval has drawn more than 50 000 customer orders, more than double initial forecasts, making it the most successful launch in the brand’s history. Almost 15 000 have already been delivered. It is built at Martorell in Spain, where more than €3 billion has been invested to lead the Volkswagen Group’s Electric Urban Car Family of four fully electric models from CUPRA, Volkswagen and Škoda.
Between January and September 2026, CUPRA delivered more than 250 000 vehicles, up 2% year on year, with growth in Spain, the UK and Italy. Orders for battery electric models rose 79% to more than 108 000 units over the same period. Markus Haupt, CEO of SEAT & CUPRA, said the Raval was “turning that industrial milestone into real commercial momentum.”
CUPRA KIRO Formula E car and drivers
Following the partnership renewal announced at Goodwood 2026, the team revealed its Porsche-powered car for the 2026/27 season. GEN4 machines exceed 335 km/h, reach 100 km/h in less than two seconds and use permanent all-wheel drive. The livery keeps the team’s copper colours.
British driver Hughes arrives with two podiums and four pole positions. Martí stays for a second season after finishing as the highest-placed rookie last year, with podiums in Monaco and Sanya.
Sennheiser sound system in the Tavascan
On the CUPRA Tavascan Black Edition, the new SENNHEISER AMBEO Immersive Sound System adds four roofline actuators that create a height layer for a 360-degree sound environment. The partnership dates back to 2022.

CUSTOM CUPRA by ABT pack for the Raval
Already offered on the Leon and Formentor, the pack draws on the CUPRA UrbanRebel concept. It adds front and rear splitters, side skirts, a roof spoiler, winglets, 19-inch alloy wheels in Sport Black Matt, ABT lettering, Dark Chrome CUPRA logos and bespoke interior details.
Early next year the Raval gains an illuminated logo, indicators with exterior projections, a top speed of up to 190km/h and a reversing assist that retraces up to 50 metres of its previous forward path.
From the end of November 2026, the pack will be available in the configurator for selected Raval variants. With a new car order it is handcrafted at the CUPRA Racing Factory, and owners can also have it fitted later by authorised specialists in the CUPRA dealer network.
