Speaking at the Paris Motor Show, Xavier Peugeot, Head of Jeep Brand Europe, set out the brand’s European product plan to 2030. It includes the return of the Renegade, a European line-up of up to six models and a move back into the D-SUV segment.
Beyond the end of the decade, the American marque is also exploring how its heritage can shape compact, electrified vehicles for changing mobility needs.

Next-generation Jeep Renegade returns
A new generation of the Renegade will arrive by 2030. Since its launch in 2014, more than 610 000 examples have been sold in Europe, making the compact SUV a key contributor to the brand’s success in the region.
According to the brand, the new model will reinforce its position in one of Europe’s key SUV segments and introduce Jeep to a broader audience.
Jeep line-up across three SUV segments
In Europe, the company is strengthening its presence in the B-, C- and D-SUV segments. The Avenger has sold nearly 300 000 units in the B-SUV segment since launch, while the new Compass covers the C-SUV class.
The Recon will mark the brand’s return to the D-SUV segment, followed by an additional new model in 2028. A range of powertrain options is planned, and a 4×4 version will be available across the line-up. Together, these steps are expected to give the brand coverage of around 90% of the European SUV market by 2030.
Willys-inspired vision beyond 2030
As urban populations grow, demand is rising for compact, more sustainable vehicles that suit city use while still allowing owners to explore. Models such as the Willys are informing a new direction for compact, capable and electrified vehicles.
“We confirm our 2030 roadmap, based on capable, compact and electrified vehicles, inspired by Jeep’s iconic DNA, such as Renegade,” said Peugeot. No pricing or market launch dates for the new models have been announced.
