At the 2026 Paris Motor Show, Peugeot will present three concept cars, two of them world premieres: the E-T16 Concept and the RCZ Vision. All three are fitted with the Hypersquare steering control. The brand will be at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from 12 to 18 October for the 91st edition of the show, on a new stand of nearly 1 300 m² in Hall 4.
Peugeot E-T16 Concept performance and design
Marking 40 years since the 205 T16 won the World Rally Championship in 1985 and 1986, the E-T16 Concept reworks the hatch for the electric era. Developed with Peugeot Sport, it produces 816 hp and reaches 300 km/h from rest in 16 seconds. Peugeot calls it a “Hyperhatch” and the most powerful Peugeot yet, rivalled only by the 208 T16 Pikes Peak prototype that set the hill climb record in 2013. Its light signature and new-generation Digital i-Cockpit preview the next E-208.
RCZ Vision battery, range and cabin
Successor to the RCZ coupé built from 2009 to 2015, the RCZ Vision carries the “Feline Future” design language. It sits on the STLA One platform and pairs a solid-state battery, designed with Factorial Energy, with a 1 000 V electrical architecture. Output is 500 hp, range is up to 600 km and consumption is 11.5 kWh/100 km.
Inside, the coupe combines Hypersquare with an i-Cockpit that uses transparent MicroLED displays.
Polygon Concept and Hypersquare steering
Displayed nearby, the Polygon Concept has served as a rolling laboratory for innovations due from 2027, notably Hypersquare and steer-by-wire, which removes the mechanical link between the wheels and the steering control. Visitors can try the system on two Hypersquare simulators. The Polygon also introduces a horizontal take on the three-claw light signature and previews the simple, geometric forms of future models.
Peugeot stand activities and press conference
Elsewhere on the stand, the new E-208 GTi stands beside the 205 GTI and the 9X8 that competes in the FIA World Endurance Championship, with the full range from the 208 to the 5008 on show. Daily themes include French craftsmanship, 30 years of partnership with Stade Toulousain, reflex challenges with Peugeot Sport driver Dorian Pin, cinema with Pathé, and GTi simulators with Etienne Moustache and Julien Fébreau. A surprise reveal is planned for Sunday 18 October.
The press conference takes place on the stand on Monday 12 October at 10:00 and will be streamed live on the Peugeot YouTube channel.
