Running app URUNN, co-founded by Sir Mo Farah CBE, has become a partner of Chery, and the two are linking free memberships to test drives and purchases of the brand’s TIGGO models with Chery Super Hybrid (CSH) technology in the United Kingdom.
Between 16 October and 31 December, the first 7 000 UK customers to test drive a TIGGO CSH model will receive a free three-month membership. The first 3 000 to buy one will each get a full year’s membership, worth £93.99, at no charge.

What the URUNN app does
Sir Mo developed the app with Adam Clarke, GB international athlete and winner of the 2024 Manchester Marathon, together with fitness tech company 10XU. It is aimed at runners of all abilities, from first-time 5K participants to marathon runners, and is used in more than 90 countries.
Each user gets a training plan built around their goals, fitness level and schedule, with real-time coaching on pacing and recovery. Progress tracking, personal-best insights and syncing with Apple Watch, Garmin and other devices are included.
Why Chery chose a running partner
More than 16 million people in the UK run regularly, a figure growing by 39% year-on-year. Farrell Hsu, Managing Director of Chery UK, said CSH technology is built around similar principles, “delivering performance in a way that is efficient, usable and consistent day to day.”
Farah said he hoped the tie-up “encourages more people to get out and enjoy running.” Events, appearances and digital content featuring him and the URUNN community will follow.

At the top, the TIGGO 9 produces 428 PS through all-wheel drive, reaches 62 mph in 5.4 seconds and covers up to 91 miles on electricity, with CO₂ from 14g/km.
Every model carries a seven-year vehicle warranty and an eight-year hybrid battery warranty. Test drives are available now through Chery’s 100 UK retailers, and qualifying customers receive an email with an activation code. Memberships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
